Beijing Scientech International Project Management Corp. is qualified with a Class-A Project Supervision Certificate, a Class-A Bidding Agency Certificate and a Class-A Costing Consultation Certificate registered by the State and qualified to undertake various kinds of whole process project management services according to different Owners and requirements, as the followings:     1. In assistance with Owners to do project planning consultation at pre-investment, economical analysis & appraisal and investment decision;     2. In assistance with Owners handling requisition for land and license;     3. In assistance with Owners providing requirements for project planning & design, examining project design plan/scheme, conducting invitation bidding for survey-design, signing project survey-design contract and conducting supervision on them, coordinating design unit to optimize engineering design, comparing techno-economic plan and conducting investment control;     4. In assistance with Owners conducting invitation bidding for project supervision, project construction, purchasing materials and equipment;     5. In assistance with Owners to sign contracts with project contracting enterprise, project construction enterprise and materials, equipment, construction elements/parts purchasing enterprises and conducting supervision on them;     6. In assistance with Owners to provide the investing plan, conducting as-built balance accounts, project budget and handling claim for damages;     7. In assistance with Owners conducting as-built acceptance examination, transferring as-built files to the Owner;     8. Project commissioning and management in the guarantee period, and conducting project evaluation after production.     9. Handling the other contract agreements etc of the project management.
