	Scientech Bidding Agency, a Department of the Scientech PM, is qualified with a Class—A Bidding Agency for construction project and as purchasing bid agent for government awarded by the Ministry of Finance, and qualified to undertake various inviting bids for project construction, purchasing goods and services. It is a member of Beijing Construction Project Bidding Committee.     Scientech Bidding Agency possesses qualified staff; there are 50 members passed the training courses of bidding agency held by the Ministry of Construction / Finance, among them 40 entitled with senior or middle technical titles in construction, costing and legal contract. A Specialist group of the Scientech PM with complete disciplines and enjoyed the government allowance, enriched experiences in theory and practice; which became our technical support system. Besides, the specialists’ records have been set up for bidding appraisal.     Scientech Bidding Agency has enriched experiences of bidding.
