Under 60 years, Good health. High rank
of technical title.The bearer of the certificate for Consultant
Engineer authorized by the State or Beijing municipality;
having the certificate for Chief Project management Engineer
(Beijing) taking the precedence. |

|
| Project Management
Engineer |
Under 55 years. Middle rank & up technical
title. All specialties for construction such as civil
construction, electrical, water supply & drainage, HVAC,
municipal works, gardens, boiler, road & bridge and supervision
for machine building etc having the certificate for Consultant
Engineer authorized by the State or Beijing municipality
taking the precedence. |

| Costing Engineer |
Under 50 years. Having the certification
of budget-making member, familiar with budget quota (Beijing).
Application of costing software & other software in
common use. The bearer of the certificate for Costing
Engineer authorized by the State taking the precedence. |

| Archivist |
Under 45 years. Having experience
of archives administration. Application of software in
common use. High speed of computer typewriting.
