　　Beijing Scientech International Project Management Corp. (former Beijing Scientech Engineering Consulting & Project Management Corp., abbr. Scientech PM) is one of the forerunners of China construction project supervision and management. Founded in 1993, Scientech PM is qualified with a Class-A Project Supervision Certificate, a Class-A Bidding Agency Certificate and a Class-A Costing Consultation Certificate registered by the State and qualified to undertake various kinds of whole process project management both at home and abroad, including project supervision. With development over 10 years, Scientech PM has got great credit in the trade of engineering project supervision and management. It is one of the first class enterprises of construction project management, and entitled with the vice chairman of National Machinery and Beijing Municipal Project Supervision Committee.
　　300 plus engineers qualified in engineering design, project construction, management and supervision consist of Scientech PM’s engineering team. 60 of them are entitled with senior technical titles, including 12 senior engineers of professor ship, 5 architects of Class-A registered by the State, 10 civil engineers of Class-A registered by the State, 9 project consultation engineers registered by the State and 10 senior cost estimation engineers of Class-A registered by the State. There are 70 project supervision engineers registered by the State. The specialties are comprehensively set up and the personnel age structure is rational. A group of experts be entitled by the government with special allowance, together with our professional staff make up the technical support to the company.
　　With rich track records, Scientech PM has undertaken about 300 engineering supervision and management projects both home and abroad in civil buildings, residential quarters and apartments, municipal utilities, mechanical and

electrical installations, communication engineering, power plants and various industries. These projects make rate totally about 50,000,000 m2 in area and about 20 billion RMB cost, among them there are some well-known ones such as China World Trade Center, Beijing Qingcheng Time Square, Beijing Continental Mansion, Beijing Lixinghang Square, Beijing 2008 Olympic Games’Items( Clay-pigeon Shooting Field, Modern Pentathlon Gym and Cycling Gym ), Olympic Training Gym/Field of the State Physical Culture & Sports Administration’s Training Bureau,Beijing Majestic Garden, Beijing Forum, Beijing Beiyuan Residential Quarter, Vancouver Forest, Beijing; Pakistan Kabirwala Power Station, Beijing Lantian Xiexin Gas-Fired Co-gen Plant, Beijing Shuangyushu Heating Plant, Guangxi Qiaogong Hydropower Station, Nanjing Changjiang Second Bridge, Guangzhou University City, Ring-Road Works of Langfang City, Five Ram-Honda Motorcycle (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., Wall’s (China) Co., Ltd. Technological Center of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation and R & D Center of Ericsson Co., Ltd., Beijing, etc. Over 50 projects have been awarded the Great Wall Cup and Excellent Quality Project of City or Province. Scientech PM insists scientific management and has established perfect Control System for Quality, Environmental Protection and Professional Safety and Health as per National Standards GB/T19001-2000, GB/T24001-2004, GB/T28001-2001 and has passed the authentication so that every process of project supervision and management is assured by sound quality management system. Sientech PM has set up operating department, engineering department and office department, etc. and adopted the rule that the Chief Project Managers abide by the responsibility system. Project management sections on site have been set up to implement dynamic control over the quality, schedule, cost and security of project.
